THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK

A business is a beginning.
Impact is the ambition.

Yasin Said · Entrepreneur and co-founder of Stratigen AI

Who is Yasin Said?

Yasin Said is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Stratigen AI. His work focuses on building businesses, helping healthcare and wellness clinics grow, and exploring how technology and automation can make telehealth businesses easier to launch and operate.

His entrepreneurial journey began with a health and wellness e-commerce brand at 15. It evolved into helping other businesses acquire patients through Stratigen AI, and a broader ambition to empower people to build companies of their own.

01 / THE FIRST BUSINESS

Learning to build, at 15.

I never wanted to just build a business. I wanted to build something that mattered.

At 15, I launched an e-commerce brand selling natural testosterone-support and energy gummies for men. The idea was to help men feel better, have more energy, and be more present for the people they loved.

The store eventually reached thousands of customers. Building it taught me branding, customer acquisition, marketing systems, and how to scale an operation from the ground up.

But it also raised a question that changed my direction: how many people could I help through one business, compared with helping other businesses do the same?

02 / STRATIGEN AI

Helping the people who help people.

I saw an opportunity in hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and wellness clinics. These businesses had expertise and services that could help people, but many lacked the marketing infrastructure to reach them.

That led me to co-found Stratigen AI. We began helping clinics build patient acquisition systems, expand their reach, and grow. Stratigen AI has served 200+ clinics.

For me, clinic growth represents more than a business result. It creates the potential for more people to connect with healthcare providers and for business owners to build sustainable companies.

The shift was from reaching people through a single brand to helping many businesses reach people of their own.

03 / THE NEXT CHAPTER

Empowering more builders.

My mission is evolving from helping healthcare businesses grow toward helping ambitious people launch and grow telehealth companies.

Physicians, entrepreneurs, and investors can have the vision and drive to build something meaningful, yet face complicated technology, operations, infrastructure, and patient acquisition decisions.

My focus is on making that path more accessible through turnkey infrastructure, automation, technology, and patient acquisition systems. The focus is on making the practical pieces work together, so founders can spend more time building.

The goal is to help people create businesses that provide independence, opportunity, and more control over their time—and, through those businesses, the potential to reach more people who need access to care.

What guides the work?

I believe impact can multiply when you empower other people to build. One company can help thousands of people. Helping others build companies creates the possibility of reaching far more.

That belief connects my early e-commerce work, Stratigen AI, and my next chapter in telehealth infrastructure.
